Empire of New Oster

Empire of New Oster was established in 1573 when King Urstin Farlawn and the survivors of the Osterian Plague reached the shore of Yorn. New Oster has been slowly expanding since they date claiming the land that stretched from the Little Cloud Mountains to the west, the Hinva Desert to the south, and the Big Briney River to the north.
