Heska Newamble

Heska is an ambassador for the Empire of New Oster, currently serving in Tuath.
She has told the group that King Crod has refused to meet with her of late and that the Empire is becoming frustrated by his lack of communication and his attempt to seemingly keep the Empire out of the loop.
She was recently escorted from the city by member of the Tuathian military when war was officially declared on the Empire.
She seemed to know a little about Dia's brother, Nuri and of his location somewhere in the south.
