The Scales of Blalock

Created by the dwarven craftsmen, Blalock Ironthumb, in ages long past. The scales keep the evil entity Thule  imprisoned as long as the nation of Tuath remains "On the Path".
The scales of recently been tipped and "the head of the she-wolf and the heart of the serpent" must be placed on the scales or Thule will be unleashed on the world by Mid-Winter.
