Dima
Unbearably Mundane
Sun, wind, and salt have left their mark on Dima's face, and years of hard work show in the callouses on his hands. Muscles add to his already-large frame, and bely the gentleness of the man beneath. He's spent time working in construction, as an EMT, and most recently, a volunteer fire fighter prior to joining the civilian workforce of the Coast Guard. Dima is from Russia originally and still bears a strong accent. He left his home country several years ago for somewhere more accepting, and came to the US where he already had family. When he first arrived, he stayed with his aunt, uncle, and cousin in the city's suburbs until he could find a job and his own apartment. He remains close with them to this day, and with his cousin in particular. Today, he's typically found wearing a white shirt and a newsboy-style flatcap. Friendly and honest, he's well-liked among both past and current coworkers, giving him many connections to various first responders. They trust him enough to perform certain favors if asked, especially since they're never anything suspicious.Demographics
