Griff

Griff(s) - Large, chimaeric creatures with the head, forelegs, and wings of a hawk and the body, hindquarters, and tail of a lion or similar big cat. Isle griffs are smaller than mainland specimens, standing a mere 4.5-5’ at the withers with a modest 20-25’ wingspan. Additionally, Isle griffs occasionally boast a more colorful plumage, with dark greens and reds, to match a tiger-like pelt.
