Aeldmane

Large, muscular, long-legged felines with dense ruffs of fur over their necks and shoulders. They sport long, narrow, back-swept ears--which is why some of races call them “elf cats”--and a leonine visage. They stand 6’ average at the shoulders.

Awlan

Tall, dignified creatures with lynx-proportioned feline bodies and heads that resemble those of barn owls. Their fur and plumage tends to be pale, with few markings. They measure 5-6’ at the shoulder.

Garouph

Leggy, rangy canines with falcon heads but otherwise wolfish bodies. The feathers of their head and neck blend into a coarse, multi-layered pelt across the rest of their bodies. Their size can vary greatly, based on their subspecies, from 3'-6'.

Griff

Large, chimaeric creatures with the head, forelegs, and wings of a hawk and the body, hindquarters, and tail of a lion or similar big cat.

Wingsnake

Swift, unpredictable creatures that, as their name suggests, resemble snakes with a single or double pair of feathered or lightly-scaled wings. There seems to be no limit to wingsnake coloration, pattern, or even size variance.
