King Coinborn

King Armdalum Brendi Coinborn

The current King of Brekor. Coinborn was selected by the council of clan elders when the kingdom of Brekor seceded from the Empire in 3167. He is an old, stubborn dwarf, a stark traditionalist, and is quite isolationist.
He has a short temper and little patience for ineptitude. Though he is very conservative in his actions, he is known for breaking past the bureaucracy and getting things done. He finds dwarven traditions of honor and hospitality to be of the upmost importance and is easily angered when he sees them not lived up to his standards.
He is ussually seen wearing his royal attire, which consists of chainmail armor made by the finest smiths in all of Brekor out of the sacred metal, adamantine. His crown, too, is made of a rounded adamantine bar inlaid with gold and precious gems. His beard, as is tradition in his clan, is decorated with various coins and jewelry. He carries a royal scepter reinforced with adamantine and tipped with a large ruby.

His clan, Coinborn, is one of the oldest and most respected clans in Brekor. They are distantly related to the previous king, who died in the Empire's conquest.
