Rodriega Showadon

Karlodar's local celebrity. A human wizard who was selected to host the opening of the Brekorian Cultural Festival in Karlodar. She moved to Karlodar about 3 years ago, shortly after Brekor's move to independence as a nation. Since then, she has gained much fame and local renown by using her magic to fight off threats (such as an attack by Trolls), and cure locals of a mysterious petrifying illness known as "Stone Sickness".
Her arcane school is Conjuration.
She has an apprentice named Onas, a young elf who she is very protective and affectionate for.

Rodriega typically wears beautiful dresses and gowns, accentuated with wizardly garments. She often keeps her hair done up, in order to display luxurious earrings.

Personal history

Rodriega was originally trained in magic in the kingdom of Grattenmar. At some point, she spent time abroad to further her arcane studies in the The Elven Court. According to her, she moved to Brekor after hearing about the string of mysterious illnesses, and lack of wizards in the town, and saw an opportunity to fulfill a need and gain some renown for herself.
At some point, she met Onas and, noticing his intelligence and natural talent, decided to take him on as an apprentice. She also took pity on Onas's mother, and provides for Onas's clothes, health, education materials, and most of his meals. She was willing to provide even more, so Galira wouldn't have to work, but she had some pride and politely refused.
