Son of Rocket and Margo Wiggins whom are real chill, so fucking cool, they were rebels in the The Ruby Rebellion , and wanted to rule the world. However, being so laid back, they escaped judgment after the rebellion, and they built a farm deep in the bogs, had Jeff, and have let him explore the world.
Attending School, Jeff gained his Personal Law Degree, and formed a rivalry with Hubert Samson. after opening Jeff Esq Personal Law
Jeff wandered into the Forest of Corns once by accident. He was so caught up playing some sexy, smooth ass jazz, he lost myself in the music. So much so that once he opened his eyes, he thought he saw a Feathered Unicorns and thought "Hey, fucking cool man." He relaxed for a few days, trying to find some souls who needed loving. At least, he thought he was there for a few days. That place was a trip like no other.
