Being a wise advisor of king Xathe, Qhai was entrusted with being the leader of Sparrowfield. He is incharge of overseeing the people of Sparrowfield, ensuring that peace is held.

Before Sparrowfield

Despite Aarakocra having a short lifespan, thier wise and intelligent nature has caused a trust to be formed with the Monarchs. Qhai was born with the intention of being the new leader of Sparrowfield, for his family have always been the leader of this sector. When his egg was layed it was sent to The Circle to be incubated and hatched within the school of advisory where children who are intended on becoming leaders are sent to learn the laws and beliefs so that when they come to lead they become prime examples for people to follow. So when Qhai's time came to become leader, at age of five, he was as knowledgeable as he could ever be.
