This City is the home of the Monarchs and a place of magic and wonders. The entire circle is powered by magic and most if not all of the inhabitants use magic.

Demographics

In order to live within the walls of The Circle, you must excell at The Lucian Test, showing commitment to the governings and rulings at the current time. Here in The Circle life is easy, you only have to lift a finger for a banquet, it is a life of luxury.

Geography

It is protected by a magical forcefield stopping anyone from getting in, the only enterence posts are the towers at the cross roads of the rivers. These crossroads are heavily guarded and are armed with magical cannons, ensuring that no one unwanted gains entry.
