High King of Plaxen

The title of High King is held by the head of the ruling house of Plaxen. As per Plaxen law, the primary house changes after each succession of the throne between the Five Royal Houses.
The heads of the houses that are not currently ruling are known as Petty Kings.
This means that the 'crown prince' will never be related to the High King and will instead be one of the Petty Kings.
