Carningham

Small village in the northeastern reaches of mainland Moskav  bordering the Hinwald.
A sleepy little place in which nothing much ever happens. The most exciting life gets is if the Wood Elves require additional food in a harsh winter and bring exotic furs and crafts from the Hinwald for trade.
Most danger comes from the woods but the small contingent of guards can discourage most, if not all intrusions. Being so far from the centre of the empire, guard duty here is seen as one of the lesser duties, given to either low ranked soldiers or punishment for wrongdoing.
A few days to the west lies the large town of Auchen, that acts as the trading post for the frontier villages.
