Clay Automatons of Timer

The clay automatons of eastern and southern Timer come in many forms. Most common are the representations of finely detailed armoured soldiers and of ornate stone lions.
Typically these stand guard over temples and tombs, remaining unmoving for centuries unless their sanctuaries are threatened.
In times of dire need the stone warriors can be called forth by the wielder of The Jade Seal but due to the expensive artisanship and magical working needed to create the guardians, for the most part the emperors of Timer have favoured forming military forces of the much more expendable peasants.
