History

The Kitoweo cha kuku cha polka, or guinea fowl stew is being made when the times were hard inside the kingdom of Cidor. There was war, drought and some strange illness plagued the Humans. So people needed to scramble by for food, that was the time that this dish was created. It were simply leftovers, that people turned into the stew. Even after the war turned into peace, rain came back, and the illness faded into the background, the tradition of making the stew with the whole village stayed. Often this happens on the last day of the month of Death.
