Cast
Historical Basis
This legend is as old as time itself, first passed down morally and then written down. It is only not clear if this truthy happened or if this is a nice tale to tell children before going to bed. Or when the Festival of the Sun and Moon is being celebrated.
Spread
Every soul inside Cidor knows the story. It even reached the other kingdoms, only they are not as much attached to the story.
Cultural Reception
There are of course many takes on this story and different lessons that can be learned from it. A lot of people see this as a story of love, but there are warnings about obsessions and the lengths someone will go to, to get what he/she wants.
The warning about not setting proper boundaries and containing them.
And the warning what can happen if you do not think things through.
These are all lessons that children need to learn at a young age.
