Dinner with the she-devil Report

General Summary

As the party entered Inselalona manor, they were led to the rooms ready for them.  As Eirlyssa already knew, these were set aside for honored guests and their servants, part of the suite of rooms that used to be for guests. As they waited for dinner to be ready, Elegant soaked in the tub, while Eirlyssa took Zun and Mud to find the kitchen.  There they found the bathing area for the servants, and Zun and Mud bathed quickly while Eirlyssa attempted to get more information about Kyel.  The servant she spoke to had no further information to give about him, other than that if he had a family, they would likely be in the servants housing by the stables.   After the three of them returned and dressed in their finery, and Elegant had pulled himself from the luxury of the bath and dressed, a servant came to show Elegant to dinner.  Zun and Mud accompanied him, Zun to guard and serve, and Mud to guard on the way.  When they entered, they met Mirella, the Lady of Inselalona, Ulwin, her husband, and Marshal Cordyn, the commander of the city guard and the house guard.  During dinner they mostly spoke of the music for the party, although it was interrupted a couple of times, once by Eirlyssa messaging her father, which caught the attention of Mirella, and once by Elegant asking what happened to Mirella's daughter.  The story Mirella told was that Eirlyssa was kidnapped, and although they managed to track down the kidnappers once, the fight that followed killed many, and only one kidnapper was captured, the rest escaped with Eirlyssa.   While dinner was taking place, Mud got "lost" and found himself on the top floor, which seemed mostly unused.
