General Summary

•Uktar 14th-Gazre-Azam is here, but somewhat despondent, incorporeal, and fickle. *Breakfast/Sunrise he is watching the ghost in the kitchen that is cooking. He is kind of talking to him like they are friends that are catching up. Magma walked in & sees this. Gazre looks suddenly over his shoulder back at him. Then he closes his eyes in sadness & waves his hand to the ghost. They look like they are aware of their surroundings for the first time. As the cloud giant ghost looks down at his hands, then back up to Gazre with a “thank you” on their face they dissipate. He looks like he is sad again. Disappears. It is understood that he throughout the day he goes through the keep and frees elementals, ghosts & such. by lunchtime Gazre-Azam will acclimatize to freedom. Will ask questions, offer to answer any. wants to go back to his plane, but he must release power for others before doing for himself. He gives the riddle of fire. Then he takes the cannon & the crystal opens and he bamphs. The Team goes into Fistandia’s Mansion & then into Candlekeep. •Uktar 15th- The night of the 15th, the Dragon Scales turn in the Cloud Giant Crystal & the 12 Scrolls to Candlekeep. The Readers promise to give you 1.5 lbs. of stone from the middle center of the crystal. They will cut it into shapely chunks (3 worth 100 gold each, and a 4th fine cut stone made for a feminine ring (the band it is to be inlaid into is to be crafted later). They will get you the gemstone for the ring & the 3 larger stones in a week’s time (Uktar the 25th), after all the magical study is done by the Readers. The team has 2 members step into the closet with the book in their hand & once it goes to The Hearth, a note is posted to the inside of the Wardrobe Doors. It states that they have a visitor from Cormyr. Notify Greystock of your return as soon as possible, so that a meeting with the Council of Great Readers can be convened. The team can get to their proper rooms behind the Emerald Doors. •Uktar 16th- Brunch with Janussi, Keeper of the Tomes, Bookwyrm, Greystock, Keeley, Hayden Wolfsen, and the Dragon Scales. They discuss being cautious of Ravenjyre’s “prophecies” but compliant until something blatant gives them pause. They appreciate that Zikran’s body was preserved and they agree to coordinate the “speak with dead” event for top planar/elemental scholars. As a show of good faith to Kossuth, Janussi agrees to extend this invite to Sindri Cinderforge, the high cleric of Kossuth in Thay that has already been contacted about a trade for the team. They will keep the body in their local temple of Deneir under repose. They will notify the top elemental specialists so that they can brainstorm and pose the best questions and research the workings of Zikran first. They will hold the Speak with Zikran Ceremony in 2 Tendays so that he may be put to rest within a month of his passing. As of now they reckon it will be on Nightal the 10th at the earliest and recommend you men try to come back by then.
