Session 39 Report

General Summary

As the group awaits they councils decision. Giff gets a new arm. [insert details about that here]     The group meets with council; with a draft contract placed in front of them. As Weasel reads it over, and thinks there are loopholes in it; she manages to spot the contract changes to fix said loopholes. Not wanting to get screwed over; she speaks up with the party. As they argue back and forth unable to come to an agreement. Septimus send out the other council members so he can speak with the party in private. He makes a deal with them since they can't come to some sort of work agreement; instead sign an NDA. Stating that
"Anyone who signs this contract that speaks of matters that were discussed with in this room; will have their life terminated. In exchange for their silence to drafter of said contract will reveal their name; and give each signer a free resurrection. There are no strings attached to this resurrection."
Upon everyone signing the contract Septimus reveals himself as Mephistopheles. He says he has interest in both Indra and Stormlord. Mainly for there connections to the scroll and the elemental goddess Lysianassa. He inform the party that the world is currently flooding, and lets them know of the way to stop it. For even as devil Mephistopheles still has plans for the materials world, and wishes not for another being to bring harm to it. So with the found plans the party indirectly gets kicked out of the city, and sets out to the goblin island
