Session 10 Report

General Summary

The party decides to stake out the apartment building if the person would return to the scene of the crime. Unfortunately no one showed up. So the following day on the way out to start investigating the the castle the party crossed paths with a mysterious man who said they saw them last night. Along with telling them to try checking under the building itself. During the investigation Stormlord had an imp burrow underground to help find the underground room. Finding it Stormlord investigates himself and then lets everyone know. Delving into their first dungeon the party clears out some zombies, and find out that the gnolls from the mountain are the ones turning people into zombies. Feeling abandoned by Yeenoghu; the part denounces his ways and began worshiping Nhimbaloth. She has granted them the power to raise the dead; and with this power the gnolls wish to build an army and fight Yeenoghu. Two of the gnolls flee leaving behind one of their newer zombies to fight the party. Quickly taking it down; Truth and Cerrin chase after the two fleeing gnolls. Only to find that they have taken disguise as two citizens; leaving behind the two corpses. The party decides to burn all the corpses underground; so they cannot be raised from the dead again. During this Stormlord explores some underwater caves and finds a way to the Dragon Turtles underground lair. Doing a bit more exploration he finds that there is another underground room connecting to here.  This seemed to once be a building that at one point got buried underground. After the exploration Stormlord headed back and reported his findings. Once they regrouped they all met up back at the tavern. Planning what they are going to do about the gnolls.
