The session starts off with an announcement by the CCO (Chief Colonist Officer) about the issues that happened last time with some troublesome colonists. There was a lockdown and security would be increase for a time while all those responsible are tracked down.

Hello Citizens of Galileo Colony
I need to address the incident that occurred in quadrant Mu-2 on Garden sublevel. Individuals of a disruptive nature attempted to prevent the Interpol Security Force officers in performing their duty. There was a total of 34 citizens arrested with only minor injuries sustained by citizens and ISF officers during the incident. Minor damage was inflicted to colony facilities.
This reflects poorly on our colony's unity and is a threat to the safety of everyone on board the colony. I encourage all to be aware that violence will not be tolerated. Those individuals involved are being dealt with in accordance with European and colonial laws. I ask that everyone understands that matters like these shouldn't escalate to violence. There are proper channels to air grievances and policy infractions.
Due to other possible security concerns, there will be a lockdown protocol in place while other possible suspets are apprehended. This will include any sympathizers or other rebellious elements that would contribute to the instability of our unity. I appreciate your patience and submission to all invesigations into this matter.
