The Frozen Brothers are a tribe that are part of the Highriders of Galileo. The Frozen Brothers were founded by Agni Gunnolason. The Frozen Brothers work on various space craft on Galileo - O'Neil 2.

General Attitude: They are a tight knit tribe. Almost all the members are loyal to Agni and his leadership. They feel confronting ESA would cause more suffering for the highriders. They believe that Agni will find a better way to acheive the freedom and peace they seek.
