Session 11: Floating in a most perculiar way Report

Technician Ishumi
Dr Cantero
Gato finished up with preparing the ebook for
Ishumi. Epi was able to provide it to her next day. The two of them went over the data chip from Dornier-Bauer. Epi and
Ishumi found a lot of comments from
Dr Cantero about their own research. These side notes often are snide comments about their lack of education or intelligence.
Gato was also able to crack the rest of the database. One of the directories he crack contained USAF files about the disease. The files are dated 5 years ago and discuss the origins of it. The first outbreak started on a workshack. The disease quickly took out the entire crew before quarantine protocol were activated. The USAF did some research but eventually came to very little succes and conclusion about it. The disease and research was shelved and archived. The other encrypted directory contains more information about the Dornier-Bauer staff working on it. Gato continued to read through the files. He determined that some oddities within the folders. There are files that seemed to be misplaced with links within them failing to find the connected resources.
Nothing much happened the following day. The team went about their business. Zig Zag continue to practice is Thai. Karl continued to hang out with the Frozen Brothers and Midori. Epi hung out with Ishumi to continue to read the chip together. Gato placed an order with his fixer. The fixer arrange for a gear pick up the next day.
Mgr Gerald Brunnelle
The next day the team went about their workshift. Half way through Gatos, Tim, and Zig Zag's shift,
Manager Brunelle came into the control office of the team. He congratulated the team for the success they have been acheiving and announced that the teams are going back to their normal shifts. No more overtime. Gato decided to take the team out to celebrate at a cafe. Incidentally it is one that is close to where he picked up the gear the fixer was able to get him.
The team tried to continue to celebrate their new found freedom when klaxon alarms sounded. The team quickly moved to figure out what was going on. Gato found a port to jack in to find out what the alert was. He listened on the reports coming in from quad Mu-2 that there were potential riot occurring. ISF was scrambling to the block as the rest of the highriders were anxiously moving about. The team started the long trek back to Zeta-3.
Marcus Lindsey
The team came upon a gather in which the
Lindsey was talking to the crowd. Telling the crowd all to wait. That now is not the time to act. Karl attempted to convince those around him that it was a time to act and that the Lindsey brothers are wrong.
Borei
, a member of the
Rising Wassa, came up to Karl. He told Karl that waiting is the proper action. That weapons are coming. That ACPAs would soon be in their hands. Karl rebuffed him.
Marcus overheard him. He called Karl out. That he was a spy from
Mills. That he knows nothing of what is happening on
Galileo. He told him joining the
Frozen Brothers was foolish and he should go back to his little minx before he gets hurt.
Cobble
Corporal Cyril
The team continued on to their home quad. There the team split up to find their friends. Gato talked with Tim to ask about his
Mwamba Cuttas friend
Cobble. He told Coble that Gato has put a 1,000eb bounty on the head of
Corporal Cyril. If possible, to get it done during the riot that was going on.
Mogui
Zig Zag reach out to Mogui. Mogui said that the
Gui Ti as well as message from
Lilly is to stay calm. Do not react to the situation yet. Zig Zag was also trying to find out more information about the
Ngozi Courers leader,
Moyo aka Smiles to work on a possible other connection for
Mills
Lock
Karl went to find Midori. He came upon the
Frozen Brothers discussing the situation.
Lock was telling the family to be patient. This situation is not the time to act quite yet.
Midori snuck up on Karl as he was listening the the speach. Karl then said that it was time to act and that the
Rising Wassa was insulting the family. That family needs to react to them.
Lock told him to be quiet and that he knows nothing. Karl continue to press the situation, to rile up the rest of the family.
Midori
had enough. He accused Karl of being a spy for
Adeleja Mills. That he is trying to infiltrate the
Brothers to manipulate them. He then told Karl to walk away. Karl tried to defend himself and his actions. Again,
Lock told him to leave. Again Karl pressed his luck.
Lock had enough and attack Karl with a blade. Karl was able to fight off the 3 others who attack him.
Lock was able to stab him in the face before he fled.
Agni Gunnolason - Frozen Brother leader
Upon arriving back, Epi quickly acted and took Karl to the med bay. There she stitched him up. They decide that it would be safe if Karl and her stay at the bay during the night. Hopefully to protect him against further retribution. It did not. During the 3rd shift
Agni with 2 bodyguards came to visit.
Agni reiterated what
Lock said earlier. He didn't care about Karl's opinion nor the opinions that the
Rising Wassa has about him or the
Frozen Brothers. He also talked about him knowing that he works for
Mills. He gave Karl 2 commands. Leave the brothers and break his grand daughter's heart, else he will be thrown into the black.
Agni then left without further incident.
Midori
tracked Karl done to the med bay. Karl told her to get lost. That she was too crazy for him and the people around her. With that she left in tears as Epi tried to consol her while fleeing.
