Skin Walkers
The Ngozi Courer (Skin Walkers) are a family within the Watu wa Pilule. They work on nthe maintenance of the outer hull of Galileo - O'Neil 2. They are led by Moyo Rapace aka Smiles.

The Ngozi help each other out. They try to avoid conflicts with the other tribes on Galileo which helps that they maintain the outer hull of the O'Neil Cylinders. The long hours and hostile work environment are taking its toll on some of the members. Braindance and stimulant abuse are becoming a growing issue with the members as they seek escape while they are inside the station.
