Session 17: New Experiences, New Horizons Report

General Summary

13th Olarune

The players awoke to the sound of conversation in the Peckish Pixie and walked down to meet the Agents of Acquisition. After a friendly conversation and bit of gambling, the party departed.   Near the end of the day, a large flock of sheep and goats appeared and impeded the path of the wagon. Kai attempted to frighten the animals to move them out of the way but they panicked and stampeded, nearly taking the cart out. Dhok enlarged the wagon to allow them to move past without issue and the party continued on.   At night, an exhausted and panicked shepherd stumbled on their camp and the party directed him towards the flock.  

15th Olarune

Nearing Varna, the party saw a Druid carrying a wicker basket of strange objects appear over a hill and approach them. After talking to their working mules, she offered to trade trinkets for food and trinkets. At the end of the day, the party arrived in Varna.  

16th Olarune

All but Aethelwulf returned to Mattias and gave him the research notes, and the news of the destroyed facility. Mattias paid the party 220 platinum for their efforts and offered more work in the future, if they were interested.   The party then spent the rest of the day doing the following:

• Aethelwulf - Completing Ashen Guardians.
• Dhok - Searching for knowledge on crafting magical items.
• Esi - Searching the city for a Robe of Useful Things and was told to visit Mercurio's Curiousities in Cree.
• Kai'okoa - Searching the city for Winged Boots or a Flying Broom and was told to visit Mercurio's Curiousities in Cree.
• Zora'kas - Purcahsed two Cloaks of Protection
