S11: On the Road Again Report

General Summary

5th Olarune

The party went to the Vadalis Stables in Varna and met with Stablemaster Mattias to purchase a cart and two mules. While there, they saw a number of strange beasts like Girallons, half horse-lion hybrids, and a gigantic crab with a concave shell and a canvas tent integrated into the shell.   Recognizing the party as adventurers, Mattias offered a quest to the party. He wanted them to travel to an abandoned research facility east of the Wolfstal, called the Oemga Research Facility, to retrieve research notes and clear the facility for rehabitation. The party argued over the crab before heading out on the road.  

6th Olarune

At the fork to Havenglen, they met a Gnoll hunting down the Gargoyle they had met at the Peckish Pixie, claiming he was wanted for murder. After a distrustful conversation and a bit of bribery, Aethelwulf told the Gnoll of the Gargoyle's last known location.  

8th Olarune

With no other incidents, the party reached the Peckish Pixie and spend the rest of the day enjoying food and getting to know one another better.
