General Summary

Current Date: 10th of Planting, 591 CY   In the coastal city of Thunderstone, the party bid farewell to Elias, Vann, and Dixon. Seeking information on the Musings of Eondal, they visited Melodyweave College and met with Serah Songbreeze, the dean. Despite Quinn's inquiry about his past application, the dean expressed gratitude for the party's help and invited Quinn to speak to the young bards. Quinn discovered that his father had neglected to submit his application years ago.   Otto perused the Musings, uncovering a recipe for a salve with a missing ingredient: adamantine's dust, found only in the Fortress of Kadrel Karaad. This substance, derived from the dwarves' meticulous work, fortified the eyes against infernal harm.   Otto and Tama sought atonement from Sera Dawnbringer, experiencing visions of their last moments with Alice and Molly. Shockingly, they learned that Alice and Molly had taken their places in hell.   Meanwhile, Quinn took on a new protege, Ballard, a budding bard. To initiate Ballard into his studies, Quinn staged a gruesome scene in the church, claiming to have committed a terrible act. Tama and Otto saw through the ruse when Ballard joined in, asking if it worked.   The party discovered Quinn had cursed a Duke impersonator, silencing him and jeopardizing his livelihood. After persuasion, Quinn released the curse. As they opened portals to the Bastion, Quinn spotted a horned devil in the crowd, calling to him ominously.
