Personal history

Vance grew up in the slums of London with drunkard father, a scared mother and way to young sister. After turning 15, Vance ran far and fast into the hands of rich couple who needed a son to parade around, giving him fake accomplishments and rank to make themselves look better. At the age of 17, however through the grapevine he heard of his real family and their continuous struggles as went to help his mother and sister things were taken to far on the front of violence and Vance ran to join the military. While in the service Vance focused all his time and energy on studying and fighting as no violence would ever be taken to far again, no more mistakes due to lack of strength and strategy. Eventually, his skills were noticed and he was tasked with joining a secret group meant to hunt monsters.

He received education from military books and a minuscule school education from the rich couple.

Vance has had his screaming quirk since he first joined the monster division. Leading to, despite his feats as a soldier, him getting made fun of and criminally harassed by other soldiers,

Mental Trauma

Vance has trauma from suffering abuse at the hands of his father for many years. He then continuously suffers mentally in the hands of the rich couple. everything only gets worse after the incident that cause him to join the army. Like,, a downhill slope, Vance slowly loses his sanity after inhumane treatment in the corps and the hardships of fighting monsters.
