Overview

Stumpy is a small Feykin resident of Hollow. He has taken it upon himself to be the official mail carrier of the community, burrowing deep beneath the village to transfer messages.

In a way that is largely unclear to anyone, Stumpy has figured out how to tap into the city's network of messages, meaning that Stumpy delivers messages intented for residents of Hollow from outside, and can take replies back into the city.

Stumpy likes nothing more than to be of service and seems to be deeply satisfied by his role in the community.
