A harmless local pervert - I mean, uh, [i]artisan[/i] who is "gifted" with a talent for taxidermy. He'll pay adventurers who bring him hides he can turn into his objets d'art. None of the locals are really sure how he stays in business, or has money, as his art is frankly weird, and often freaky.

Randall is a human. Well, the city of Kymal are pretty sure he's a human. Nobody really wants to get close enough to confirm it, he's definitely not pretty enough to be an elf, or short enough to be a dwarf or a gnome or a halfling. He's not green enough to be a goblin or an orc. Human is the only category that fits, and even then, it fits like a cheap suit - falling apart at the hem, shiny, and crumpled.
 
He set up his "artisanal taxidermy" shop about ten years ago, after the Chroma Conclave were defeated. 
 
Most view him as a harmless local pervert, and they may be right! 
 
Most druids, however, view him as depraved. Not that he's met many, but the Wildmother worshippers tend to give his shop a wide berth.
