Phoebe is the last remaining member of a subspecies of Fae called the Puka. She is very antisocial and genuinely dislikes most people. Even with her antisocial tendencies, she is friendly and well mannered most times.
Phoebe is one of the last of her kind, a subspecies of Fae called the Puka. The Puka weren't a large group in the first place, but they were all but wiped out when king hans launched his attack on Aremore. Those remaining after the attack were left to starve to death, all of their crops and food being burned down with the fire. Phoebe and her husband Viktor were the only two to escape. They hid away deep in the woods, shrowded by the walls of a ravine. Years after their escape, Viktor left for food and suplies... then never came back. Phoebe was left alone and forced to seek help/shelter elsewhere, leading her back to Aremore where she now resides.

Phoebe is an avereage height with a muscular build, having quire a bit of strength for how small she is. Most of her weight is muscle, although she appears a bit chubbier thanks to her weight distribution.

Phoebe has a pear shaped body with a lot of her 'fat' sitting in her hips and thighs. Her body is decorated in tattoos that each symbolize something different. The one that travels up her left thigh symbolizes fertility, the one on her right symbolizes growth. The tattoo on her back is a symbol of strength, sitting right over her spine. The tattoos on her upper body and chest each are meant to tell a story pertaining to her life and growth. The peircings on her face also have symbolism, each of them taking their place as she started to come of age.
