Uh, he is a mailman. He has some muscle simply from general endurance training but he is unlikely to draw any eyes from it.

Juvar loves to wear his uniform with pride, a simple fabric and quilted layers of cloth cloak sporting the brilliant red of the Eastern Monarchy('s delivery system.) He originally wanted to wear a long cape too but was told that was against company dress policy. He was allowed to keep his cool hat, though.

Special abilities

Juvar can sometimes run really really fast, not quite sure how he manages to do it but requiring next day delivery halfway across a province has a habit of pushing people to their limits. Furthermore he can manipulate a handful of elements to slap, shock and soak people who try to slow him down.

Juvar has spent the last 25 or so years as a humble mailman and courier operating between the Runto Principalities and is perfectly content living a simple life of labor. But he has also worked in a textiles shop, a bakery and as a printer.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Juvar has managed to not die so far, despite being homeless the majority of his life and barely having enough money to enjoy more than a single meal a day. So I guess thats a start.

Failures & Embarrassments

During his first encounter of combat with the newest addition to the team, Xin, Juvar failed to land a single of his techniques on his foes. Most of whom were little more than reanimated skeletons. Hypothesis, Juvar feels excessive performance pressure when watched by a girl.

Mental Trauma

Juvar was born with an uncanny ability to talk with spirits wandering the spaces between the realms, the living and the dead, heaven and hell. Most notably he seems to be able to communicate with some long linage of ancestors who give him advice and encouragement. His family was not so thrilled with their young child seeming unphased by the paranormal occurring around their house, and actually seemed to enjoy their company. After a long and complicated process of attempting to exorcise their child over a series of years, they actually deliberately misplaced him in the middle of the city of Runto during a visit for his elder sister's birthday. Since then, Juvar has had extremely persistent and pervasive abandonment issues, and often will deliberately and irrationally sabotage his own friendships, just so that he has agency on when people leave his life. Perhaps he enjoys being a mailman so much because it doesn't let him stay in any once place too long...

Juvar loves to approach things from the most simple way, people often fail to see the forest for the trees and become paralyzed from the breadth and numeration of details. But he believes that tasks can be easily viewed holistically and the best way to start is to..well, start. Much like his daily routine, hundreds of deliveries can seem intimidating at first but as long as you keep walking and posting you will eventually have every letter through a box.
