They have thin eyes and a button nose, their smile is sleek. (a mischievous lil guy) they have a natural blush that's apparent against their pale skin.

They have heterochromia, one blue eye and one yellow eye. Their white hair also tends to draw a lot of attention.

Physical quirks

They have hyperflexibilty which allows them to do tricks that most other people could not. Despite their small stature they have good muscle density, allowing them to carry a lot of heavy objects that wouldn't be expected of them.

They typically wear a lot of cloaks or robes which are great for hiding daggers, stolen objects, and rubber balls. They always have a pair of gloves on no matter what (yes including when they bathe)

Due to their hyperflexibility and acrobatic training they can throw a lot of high kicks and jump higher than a lot of other people, both of these things being great for combat.

Impy's motivations are unclear even to Welra. Throughout their life they have experienced a lot of horrid and amazing things, and as long as they can live happily and wealthily they don't quite care about anything else. Very materialistic.
