History.
 
Marcus Verina was a Foundation experiment commissioned personally by O5-██ to see how human beings would develop under different atmospheric and gravitational forces than those found on the Earth. The obvious place to do this was on the Foundation's Lunar Facilities. He was born at the precursor to Lunar Area 32 on December ██, 19██.
 
He was raised by two Foundation Researchers, Drs. V██████ Smith and R██████ Smith, one of which is still stationed at the Lunar Area. Due to the conditions he was raised in, he has developed to be a very devoted member of the Foundation. He also got an education at the Lunar Area, although he seems to have never went to a formal University. Nonetheless, he was taught by some of the brightest minds in the Lunar Area, leading to the bypassing of the necessity of a formal education which usually is present in hiring new personnel.
 
Due to his rather alienated upbringing, O5-██ wanted to see how he would interact with non-Foundation humans and ordered for him to be sent to Earth on the next shuttle, against the wishes of Dr. V██████ Smith. Upon reaching Earth, Marcus was appointed a position at Research Area ██, originally a Clerical Worker. He was quickly promoted to an Administrative Rank, and then given a role in the Site's Internal Security Department due to his loyalty to the Foundation and competency.

Ever since Marcus left the Lunar Base, the staff morale has seen a considerable decline. Some of the Staff Members have made these strange shrine-like structures in their rooms in honor of Marcus. Psychological Evaluations are recommended. ~Dr. Polsun
