* Undead and rats were used to spread disease through the eastern side of town. Curative potions were replaced with fakes.
 
 
Chirin Guard
 
* A Lieutenant's badge from the Chirin Guard was found at the source of the Undead (see above). It was believed to belong to Lt Cleo‌ .
* Lt Cleo was later unlawfully killed by Captain Longfang Guardian in broad daylight. Longfang was sentenced to death for the attack and fled.
* Lt Vyken Guardian has now been promoted to take command of the Inner Guard. Lt Vyken's mother is Councillor Rosemary Factor
* The Inner Guard is being rebranded as the Patrol, and the role of Commander of the Guard being eliminated. Instead the Patrol and Outer Guard will report directly to the Council
