A shorter than average (5'10") but powerfully built Gold Dragonborn. Rishaal is a member of the Watchful Order of Magists and Protectors and is a relatively powerful Wizard in his own right. He speaks Common / Infernal / Dwarvish / Elvish and is an avid student of all things: but especially the Arcane and History. Rishaal is older than he seems; rumor has it that he led an adventurer's life prior to settling down and opening his shop.

Rishaal wishes to deepen his understanding of the Arcane through study of it's history. In his deepest self there are times in which he yearns for ongoing companionship. Rishaal is outgoing and friendly but true closeness has eluded him.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Rishaal is a wealth of knowledge about Arcane history; especially relating to Necromancy. (Rumor has it he barely escaped being killed by a Lich). He has solid business sense tempered with strong social skills and a sense of fairness. Although his memory of elements of his studies runs deep he often can't remember what he had for breakfast. He is notorious for being late and completely forgetting appointments and important dates.
