"The Plumber" (real name: Erica Chu) is a fixer with past some trouble with Toyota-Huawei. She operates surveillance and delivery crews under the front of an app developing firm, The Scalpel.
 
She has a prominent birthmark on her face. Her parents were members of the Temasek steering committee before they were assassinated. She has also recently acquired a law degree from NUS.
 
As of July 2049, she has started a law firm -- Chu and Associates -- which runs a side business of forging legal documents.
