Ren is a daring driver of Japanese descent, who operates with Arrow, a stolen black Toyota-Kawasaki racing motorcycle. He is rarely scene without his motorcycle helmet. He has also recently acquired an HSMBC Mako gunfoil, which he christened the Bow. It is equipped with a hydraulic-powered motorcycle launch-ramp.
 
He may or may not be related to rumor of a motorcyclist running down pedestrians in the Understories.
