Cormar is the town Speaker for Palebank Village. As the head of a fishing outpost for a larger city, Rosborg, he is as well put together as one can be in the wild north. The town comes to him with most problems, due to his approachable nature and desire for the town to do well.
As a veteran ranger, Cormar knows the northern wilderness and directs the local Cardinal Command in the defense against any outward threats. He wasn't raised for such a position of responsibility and is quite tired of it all, but loves and respects the community too much to step down.
