He made his gold by transporting and selling goods throughout the islands. One day this would all be Elijah’s and he would expand it and make it grow. That was until that night 200 years ago. She came to destroy and feast, both of which she did in copious amounts. She destroyed Elijiah's life completely and utterly in one night. When he woke to the carnage and destruction of his family, he sought revenge in anger. That was the biggest mistake he ever made. Countess Maeve had him in her clutches before he went into the castle.
After he failed, miserably, she used him because of his looks. She turned him into a sex driven slave to bed her when she desired. At first, he was an empty shell, used as she wished to whatever means. However, 6 decades (the time all his family would have died by this time) later he started feeling again, at first it was a little slow going, then he became ravenous, hungry for a life and revenge. When Elijiah roamed through the castle, he started learning things. Things like magic rings, how to kill a vampire, and what Maeve enjoyed the most. After another 4 decades he made his move. He attempted to kill Maeve with some help, however Maeve knew about this little coo and set a trap for him. He barely escaped with a ring and fled south back towards his homeland. During the time since then he’s been looking for a way to seek revenge.......his only option may be to dive deeper into the world of the vampires.
