The Sandborn first encountered Agis when he served as the judge and presider of their trial by combat with the Hama N'dore tribe. Surprisingly enough for a noble, he was relieved that the party was able to beat the Mountain Dancers without killing them. 
 
The party then encountered Agis again, meditating under the blazing heat of High Sun and meditating on the Way. After a present conversation with the party, they all agreed to meditate together.
