A castle that seemed to spiral into the heavens; so much so in fact that the top was often obstructed by clouds, making it seem limitless in it's height by the people below. Once Karnak The Cold joined forces with Ajax, the dragon guard was quickly dealt with and King Ormund overthrown in an assault on Castle Andrim.
Ajax proclaimed himself overlord of Andrim sometime in the days after, and began appointing his servants to seek out the leaders of the realm to come to the black iron table negotiate the terms of their surrender. The emissaries of Ajax, The Wizard Mortimer, The Priest Rozad and Ser Graves Callahn gathered Agmore, The Dwarven King; Selos, the Eleven Viceroy, The Five Barons of Man, formerly the Dukes of the King Omund; The great Dragon Ichoran The Molten King as well as The reigning Tharazud; The Chief of the Blue Dragon clans were also invited but did not attend the summit.
At the Black Iron Table, mankind, the elves, and the dwarves entered into The Black Iron Pact with Ajax; Thus instituting his will as law, condemning their own people and gods to his rule for the next 65 years.
In Andrim, during his rule he outlawed all forms of organized religion, an event called the Purging saw his black riders go from city to city destroying countless temples and shrines. Anyone caught by the invisible legion practicing organized religion is arrested and often sold to the dwarves for the slave trade. The Invisible Legion are Agents of Ajax, instead of walking around proclaiming their loyalty with large displays or symbols and banners, the Legion instead keep their profession and allegiance to Ajax secret, in an effort to deeper infiltrate human and other societies.
