Leaving Atkonartokkikittak
Carebear lives with her tribe, the Tanaraq on the island of Atkonartokikittak. Atkonartokikittak did not always reside where it did, but floated south to warmer seas because it is not tethered to the ocean floor. It stays cold through the use of magic, so Carebear's tribe can live happily on it. The Tanaraq are nomadic-to an extent-and move around the island as the currents and moon dictate. Due to Carebear's intense caring nature towards her children, she has somehow seemed to gain some divine powers. She doesn't know the exact nature of her powers, but assumed they are from loving her 4 kids so much. Her kids are Mato, Tarlo, Osso, and Tito, and the four of them are absolute rascals. Bearfolk cubs are known for being precocious youngsters, and often wander away from home to live with new families from time to time. In the past, Carebear's kids have often done this and she had not been worried. But this time is different. She believes they have left Atkonartokikittak. This is merely frustrating to Carebear, as she believes children should roam free and learn by doing, but it is annoying. Supper is almost ready and they need to eat good to grow big and strong.
