His hands move skillfully, chopping ingredients and stirring pots as he creates a mouthwatering aroma that fills the air. Despite his imposing appearance, Simon Martin greets you with a warm smile and offers you a taste of his latest creation.

 
Simon is laid back and easygoing, but fiercely loyal and protective of his crewmates. He is a firm believer in justice and will fight for what is right even when it seems like the odds are stacked against him.
