Norm is the Father to Sally, who is much friendlier and troublesome than her father. He sent her to live with her godfather, Scramsax and told the Frozen Wan's to check in on her if they head that way. He is hoping Sally will learn how to fight, take care of herself, and how to help the Watering Hole make more money, and maybe marry someone other than her father's cousin.
