She has naturally beautiful forms despite her body being quite muscly and is more often than not ignorant of the effect they have on males.
She is affected by an unknown illness, similar to featherlung, which leaves her begging for air whenever she is away from Frisky for any longer than 10 minutes.
Her abdomen is both rusty and strangely bulbous.

She is affected by an unknown illness, similar to featherlung, which leaves her begging for air whenever she is away from Frisky for 10 minutes. It also manifests as her abdomen is covered in what seems to be rust. This, in fact, is a symbiotic being. It is a parasite typically found in rust monsters because of the high iron content present in their organism. By being constantly around Frisky, Tir had her lungs lined with rust and the parasite was able to infect her. It adapted to its new environment and usually helps her breathe and boosts her cardiovascular system. But if she is too far from Frisky, the rust isn't replenished and, after some time, the parasite has to find a new source of iron: Her blood. This results in the advantages she usually gains from the symbiote being reversed.

Symbiote
Entwined Existence. Your symbiote is a separate entity with its own physical form bound to yours. It isn't a separate creature and relies on you to survive. It has Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The DM sets the symbiote's abilities or determines them randomly (roll 4d6 for each score, ignoring the lowest roll and totalling the rest). The symbiote can see and hear using your senses.
The symbiote speaks, reads, and understands two languages; one that you speak (Undercommon), as well as one appropriate to its nature (Primordial). Choose one of the following skills: Arcana, Deception, History, Intimidation, Insight, Investigation, Nature, Religion, Perception, or Persuasion. You gain proficiency in that skill if you don't already have it, representing the symbiote's counsel and guidance.
If you die, so does your symbiote. If you are subsequently returned to life, your symbiote revives as well.
Sustained Symbiosis. Your symbiote has a vested interest in your survival and takes steps to ensure it. When you fail a saving throw, you can choose to have your symbiote expend one of your Hit Dice to roll it and add the number rolled to the saving throw, potentially turning the failure into a success. If it uses this feature on a death saving throw, you succeed on the save and regain 1 hit point regardless of the number rolled on the d20.
Once you succeed on a saving throw due to this trait, the symbiote can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Fury of the Small
When you damage a creature with an attack or a spell and the creature's size is larger than yours, you can cause the attack or spell to deal extra damage to the creature. The extra damage equals your proficiency bonus. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest, and you can use it no more than once per turn.

However, as soon as she goes back to town, her behaviour changes completely. Though she might not be coquette, the goblin loves to be a lady. She often puts on perfumes or attempts to put on some light make-up. Although she would love to wear dresses, Tir has neither the gold nor the occasion to buy and wear one.
