A huntress from the city of Silverymoon, with mysterious origins. She's an acquaintance of the group of heroes known as the Chaos Brigade, having joined them on one of their adventures.

Elia is a huntress from the city of Silverymoon. She first met the group known as the Chaos Brigade at the Moonbridge during their first visit to the city, where she expressed an interest in them and their business in the town, conveniently forgetting to mention her acquaintance with Rosario Vestarri, who the group had come to visit. Elia also offered to teach Merian a few tricks she'd learned relating to hunting and archery, and the two bonded over an afternoon's work.
 
Later, Elia came to the Chaos Brigade with a job offer: accompany her to clear out a kobold den that had sprung up near the city. The lair turned out to belong to an ancient silver dragon, who had put up the bounty on the kobold squatters herself. Elia accompanied the group as they carried out the dragon's wishes, before parting with them as they set back out on their journey.
 
The CHaos Brigade met Elia again at Thorumbil's wedding, inviting the huntress to attend as a guest. Elia accepted, travelling to Mirabar to join the festivities and meet up with the group again.
