Cankili's Life
Born on the edge of Imperial space in the Emerald System within the Jewell subsector, Cankili has always been focused on providing help to whatever group he is a part of. His ability to learn and aptitude for research led him onto the path of law, the career he had maintained his entire life. During his time in college, he gained an enemy who has made it his life's goal to succeed in beating Cankili in all cases where they are on opposing teams. Upon graduating a college, he joined a firm that was often hired by members of the Imperial Navy. One such member was Oswald Smith, who was defended by Cankili. This helped earn Cankili a promotion in the firm, though this would not last. During his tenth year serving the firm, Cankili was hired to represent Imperial Officer Birdlerher O'MagMarNar, a case which, despite winning, cost him his place in the firm for undisclosed reasons. This led to Cankili to start his own traveling firm, specializing in corporate law. During this time, Cankili first made contact with the Shadow of the Rose Corporation. He has proven his worth and ability to the company, and, as such, has been made a full time employee. It was recently decided that, in order to reduce their liability to the Shadow of the Rose Corporation, Cankili would serve as legal aide to the crew of the CSS Rising Shadow.
