Unawalyn was part of the original pirate crew to sail this ship, even from before Dreadfull Bill joined. He has an intimate knowledge of the ship and he can sail it like no other, which is why Bill assigned him as his First Mate and second in command. Unawalyn sees himself as a sort of uncle to Bill and would do anything he can to protect him.
