Identifying Characteristics

Magic prosthesis made of stone and bone and covered in cobwebs and wire. All of his right arm, almost up to the shoulder and all fingers on his left hand other than the index finger and thumb.
starting above the elbow, he has a tattoo of words, wrapped around his arm in an unknown language only he can read. it goes up his arm, across his shoulder blade and down to his ribs. the letters are flowing, as are the lines of words, flowing around each other, as well as insectoid lines and honeycomb. on the area above his heart, is a depiction of a woman with moth wings, holding a child in a bundle, surrounded by cobwebs and graves.

Wears a combat cassock with dark green honeycomb embroidered on the hems.
